A favorite among jazz guitarists, the 10S (for Synthesis) offers a pleasant, round tone in a compact package, thanks to its closed back with a felt-covered sound port – another TOOB innovation. Add distortion, and this gentle Dr Jekyll becomes a raging Mr Hyde. If we had to limit ourselves to one model only, the 10S would be a strong contender.
